Ernie Castelo is a freelance broadcast journalist and video producer. He has been in the broadcasting industry for over 15 years. He has experience in front of the camera as well as behind the scenes. Prior to a career in broadcasting, Ernie spent 10 years in the banking and financial services industry specializing in Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. He is a U.S. Navy veteran. Ernie also serves on the Board of Directors of the Radio and Television News Association of Southern California (RTNA) and is the President of the RTNA Scholarship Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from The University of the State of New York.
